You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your GSTIN (if applicable for business-to-business transactions). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any fraudulent activity or breach of security must be reported to us immediately.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Representations: While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or texture due to screen settings do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation via email/SMS.

  • Payment: We use third-party payment gateways compliant with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. We do not store your full credit/debit card details on our servers.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel orders according to our Cancellation Policy before the shipment is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We will provide you with tracking information and reasonable estimates of delivery times. While we are not liable for force majeure events, we are responsible for the safe delivery of the product until it reaches the address provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, text, and logos, is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, shopshub.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
